Aguapuro series FRP Filters are available from 8“ to 63“ diameter sizes and from 0.5 to 35 M3/hr Flow rate when operated on 30 m/hr velocity.

Units are available with either individual Ball valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Being constructed from Composite FRP vessel and High Impact PVC Pipe work and valves, it gives complete corrosion free operation.

Individual Ball Valves OR Multi Port Valve provide ease in operation of backwash and rinse which is indicated using Inlet pressure gauge.

Low Installation cost, Easy and Fast Installation, Almost nil maintenance cost are the additional features for these units.

Aguapuro series MILD Steel Filters are available from 200 mm to 3000 mm diameter sizes and from 1 M3 to 100 M3/hr Flow rate when operated on 15 - 30 m/hr velocity.

Units are available with either individual valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Steel Filters are internally Epoxy Painted to have corrosion free operation. IS 2062 Mild Steel Plate and IS 1239 Pipes are used to fabricate Filters. Rubberlining is provided (Optional) for Specific applications on request.

AGUAPURO offers De-Mineralization Plants are available in Two Types, Mainly Two Bed DM Plants and Mixed Bed DM Plants. However, DM Plants are also available with Weak Base & Strong Base Cation & Anion Exchanger. DM Plants are also available with De-gassification System to remove alkalinity physically without using chemicals (Saves NaOH)

Aguapuro Offers Standard DM Plants with FRP / Mild Steel Rubber Lining & SS 316 L (Quartz Lined) construction.

AGUAPURO series DM Plants (Two Bed & Mixed Bed units) are available in various sizes having cation and anion exchanger unit with 200 mm to 2000 mm diameter with either Valves or Multi Port Valve depending upon the sizes and customer requirement.

In Two Bed DM Plant, Strong Acid Cation Exchanger and Strong Base Anion Exchanger resin are used for reducing Total Dissolved Solids up to 2 - 5 ppm. To check the treated water quality at the outlet, conductivity meter is provided. Degasification unit is also provided to decrease the load on Anion Unit.

Mixed Bed Units are used in series with Two Bed DM Plant as a polisher unit which can produce treated water having conductivity < 1 mS/cm.

Cation Polisher Unit is also available to achieve Acidic Water Quality for Specific applications.

DM Plant produce Treated water having Conductivity less than 10 mS/cm (for Two Bed) and less than 1 mS/cm with pH as desired.
