The AGUA Series Water Softening Plants are designed to produce treated water to suit for various application. Treated water is of consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle.

The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. After producing desired output, the resin is regenerated with [NaCl] Sodium Chloride solution after which unit is again ready to deliver next batch. AGUA Series units are available with different models. The difference between these models is in the capacity of the resin used for each model. These units are easy to operate and maintainance free. These models are available to produce various capacity upto 200 Cu. Mtrs per hour maximum.

One mild steel pressure vessel painted internally with black bitumin anticorrosive paint and externally with redoxide primer with proper distribution and collection system for service and regeneration cycle.

Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Aguapuro offers industrial reverse osmosis units with same configuration as of commercial range reverse osmosis, but with higher Flow Rates from 2000 LPH to 25000 LPH and more.

These units are also available in complete SS construction for long life use.

Commercial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Aguapuro Offers commercial reverse osmosis Units which consists of 6 stages of Water Purification using Multi Media Filter unit, Activated Carbon Filter unit, Water Softening of Anti Scalent Dosing System, 5 Micron Cartridge Filter unit with RO Membrane purification through 0.0001 micron rating Membrane Filter and Post purification of UV Sterilization.

Systems are available in 100 LPH, 200 LPH, 500 LPH and more capacities with multiple of 250 LPH thereafter. (750/1000/1250.....etc) Available up to 5000 LPH capacity in this range (Systems are available without RO)

Water purified using the System is free suspended impurities, Organic impurities, all unwanted salts, Heavy Metals, bacteria and virus, Pesticides etc. etc. (Widely used in for Bore well (Heavy salts) water applications.).

Commercial Purifications Systems
Aguapuro offers commercial range of Water Purification Systems which are widely used in for Hotels, Hospitals and offices etc. for purification of Water having less Salts (municipal water). These units are consists of Micron Bag and Cartridge Filter unit for removal of suspended impurities, Activated carbon cartridge Filter unit for removal of organic impurities and Ultra Violet Sterilization System of eliminate bacteria and virus. Used widely as a Point of Use application, these units are available in 200 LPH, 500 LPH, 1000 LPH, 1500 LPH and 2000 LPH capacities.

Undersink RO (Reverse Osmosis)
Aguapuro Offers Domestic Reverse odmosis Units which consists of 5-6 stages of Water Purification using Pre Micron, Activated carbon Granular and Activated carbon Block cartridge filtration, RO Membrane purification through 0.0001 micron rating Membrane Filter and Post Carbon for olour removal and taste improvement.

Water softening systems are available in 10 LPH, 20 LPH and 50 LPH capacities. Water purified using the System is free from suspended impurities, Organic impurities, all unwanted salts, Heavy Metals, bacteria and virus, Pesticides etc. etc. (Widely used in for Bore well (Heavy salts) water applications)

Aguapuro offers complete solution for Sewage Water Treatment Plants and Recycle. The Sewage from the residential and commercial buildings is treated for reduction in BOD, COD & TSS in order to comply with the pollution control board standards for disposal, gardening, flushing and other non-potable purposes.

The sewage treatment plants are based on the Latest FAB (Floating Aerobic Biomedia) or SAFF (Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film) treatment followed by clarification by a tube settler. Lime is dosed in for suppression of foaming tendencies. The clarified water is then further filtered in a Multi media Sand Filter after dosing of co-agulant (alum) for removal of unsettled suspended impurities followed by Activated Carbon Filter for removal of organics. The filtered water from ACF is then chlorinated & stored in the treated water tank.

These sewage treatment plants are available in RCC constructed designs for commercial and residential buildings as well as Mild Steel FRP Lined and Fiber constructed tanks for easy installation and commissioning.

Sewage treatment systems are available from 50 M3 per day to 1000 M3/day and more...Water thus obtained can be used for gardening, flushing, car washing, etc. etc..
